The ancient civilizations knew this thousands of years ago and were already aware of a lot of the things that science is now unearthing. We are part of, and also connected to the world around us, both physically and mentally and the thoughts and decisions we make have a direct influence not only on us but also on the planet we call home. What I would like to do with this book is bring some of this ancient knowledge back into the foreground and with the help of some ideas from science, show you that if we work along with nature, we truly are capable of anything.
