Description
Young Nello Daas and his grandfather barely make enough to stay alive. But they have a dream - a dream that one day Nello will be able to study with the best instructors and become a painter like Nello's idol, Rubens. An intelligent stray dog becomes part of their family right before grandfather dies. Now it is up to Nello and his dog to take care of themselves and keep the dream alive.
