Description
Con man Sidney Melbourne offers some "good advice" to mobster Moose Moran's girlfriend at the race track. When the horse looses to Moran's original pick, Melbourne has until Christmas to pay back the money and organizes a group of his pals to hit the streets of New York dressed as Santa Claus to collect money for a bogus elderly ladies' home.
