Description
The Cat: " Felicia Hardy's mother is being blackmailed by Doctor Octopus. She learns that her father, John Hardesky, was a Cat Burglar, and that the Hardy fortune is based on illegal gains from a famous heist! Meanwhile the Kingpin and his "Insidious Six" gang spring the Cat from his cell so he can use his photographic memory to assist Fisk's new scientist-in-crime, Herbert Landon, to build a "Super-Soldier" army for the crime lord."--Container.

The Black Cat: "Hardy is forced to reveal the Super-Soldier formula to the Kingpin. And Felicia Hardy undergoes a transformation to become the Black Cat. Spider-Man responds to a burglar alarm and finds himself entangled with a gorgeous and powerful Black Cat who surprises him with knockout gas and a kiss. Back at Crime Central -- Kingpin's guards think "The Cat" has escaped and give Hardy enough time to sneak into Landon's laboratory and delete the Super-Soldier formula from his computer."--Container.
