Tyler and his friends have been attacked by a creeper on their Ultimate Quest and are on the hunt for a stronghold, even if that means they have to explore a creepy underground fortress to access the portal to fight a dragon.

When Tyler makes a big crosscountry move, his friends want to make his return to Minecraft epic, but as they gather supplies to build a beacon and summon a wither, their good luck takes a turn. Aligned to Common Core Standards and correlated to state standards.

Tyler and his friends have reached the end of their Ultimate Quest and must defeat a dragon and endermen before they can return home.

Tyler feels betrayed when his friends accidentally summon a wither without him, but his friends attempt to make amends in hopes of finishing their beacon and going on the Ultimate Quest.
