Puddle and Opal decide to make a tire swing from an old tire and rope they found sitting on top of some birdseed in the garage, but they are mystified when each time they put the swing up the tire disappears the next day.

Puddle recruits Opal to help him plant a garden, while Toot heads off to Mexico, promising to bring home a vegetable they have never planted before.

While Puddle is busy enjoying the "music" of Woodcock Pocket, Toot is off to the Congo on an African adventure. There he meets a tribe of Bambuti Pygmy Pigs who are good at two things: gathering honey to trade and playing music!
