When Freddy falls out of a tree and breaks his arm, he finds inspiration for his oral report on nocturnal animals.

Unhappy to be the only one in his class who still has not lost a tooth, first-grader Freddy tries to find a way to expedite matters but then is faced with another problem.

Freddy decides to bake one hundred cookies for the one hundredth day of school celebration, but his father accidentally eats one and then Freddy has to come up with another idea at the last minute.
